How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders are immediately forwarded to our logistics department and usually shipped on the same day of the order.
Shipping within Germany is done with Hermes or DHL and delivery usually takes up to 3 business days.

My desired item is sold out in my size/color – can I still order it?

If an item in our shop is displayed as sold out, it is unfortunately no longer available. Please understand that we do not send notifications and cannot answer individual inquiries about availability.
Depending on production, it can take up to 6 months for new goods to arrive. Therefore, please check our shop regularly so you don't miss out on any new arrivals.
How can I return my order?
The free return label is included in your package. If it is missing, please contact our customer service at shop@indicode.com so that we can send you a new one.
Please remove all old shipping labels from the package or make them unrecognisable before returning the item.
Please note that we have no influence on the duration of the return shipment. Depending on the shipping service provider, the return transport can take 5–7 working days. You can track the return yourself at any time with your proof of postage.
After receipt of your return, we need 2–3 working days for processing and refund.
I ordered a wrong item, how can I cancel it?

If your order is already in logistics, unfortunately, no changes can be made.
If you don't like an item, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery using the enclosed return label – provided it is unworn, undamaged, and fully labeled.
